We had loads of fun doing a roundtable discussion about the state of music, in particular, pop music, cartoon jingles, getting your music on pandora, spotify, and itunes, producing your own music, Sade, how much we loved Destiny Child, working out to MJ, guilty music pleasures and bad techno remixes of xmas music!! Katy was originally inspired by a John Lennon song and Erika’s lyrics in the verse were inspired by imagining an innocent inmate stuck in jail. The song is dedicated to all people without a place to call home and to the injustices inflicted upon innocent people like Troy Davis.
